David and his wife María Crouch currently live in Cumberland, Maine. They are empty-nesters with their three kids variously working or in college. They joined Keller Williams Realty in 2004 where they work together closely as a team. Working together enables them to provide their clients high quality, consistently responsive service.
David has been in the real estate business since 1998 specializing in all types of residential property including existing homes, lots of land, new construction, condominiums, and multi-family investment properties. He also is experienced with commercial automotive properties. In his previous career David worked for 18 years as a Geologist in the environmental engineering field. For many years as a Project Manager his work involved assessing contamination at Superfund sites which led to the design and implementation of many site cleanups.
María's background is also in the environmental field. She graduated with a degree in Chemistry from the University of Southern Maine. Prior to joining David at Keller Williams, she worked for seven years in a high-tech local environmental chemistry laboratory as the Manager of Data Reporting and Quality Assurance. To assist the growing local Latin community, be aware that María is completely fluent in Spanish so if anyone you know needs to conduct their real estate business in Spanish, María is happy to accommodate them.
